When having guests over I want to treat them to something they haven't seen before, something that takes them off guard. So I tried making this for that purpose!

Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the minced garlic to a small pot.

Add half of the listed bacon (50 g), minced, and cook until browned.

Add the minced onions. Once they've cooked add 10 g of butter and 250 ml of soy milk. Once it comes to a boil, simmer for 2 minutes.

Add a small amount of miso! Adding too much makes the miso flavor too strong. It's a secret ingredient! As shown in the picture, a very small amount on the teaspoon!

Sprinkle the coarsely ground black pepper in last and your dipping sauce is complete!

Boil the fresh pasta for 1 minute 30 seconds. Since there's salt in the dough there's no need to add any to the boiling water!

Lightly salt the bacon and asparagus and cook. Lightly cook the outsides of the tomato! Then sprinkle with a bit of parsley and it's complete!
