When you crave everything during quarantine, the best thing to do is get in the kitchen and cook what you want to eat!
Steps
- 1
Rinse the brisket and place it in the rice cooker. Simmer for about 1 hour. (I didn’t take a photo of the beef, so I used one from the internet.)
Roast the onion until fragrant, then add it to the pot with the beef.
Toast all the spices from the pho spice pack until aromatic, then put them in a spice bag and add to the broth. Add 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons salt, and 1 teaspoon MSG. - 2
Soak the dried pho noodles in water for 5-7 minutes, then drain in a colander.
- 3
Wash the herbs and bean sprouts thoroughly.
- 4
Once the beef is done, slice it thinly and serve in bowls.
