  5. 2garlic cloves, minced
  6. 3 tbspolive oil

  8. 50 gcherry tomato

  10. 1/2 teaspoonred pepper paste

    Prepare the swordfish slices: in a bowl mix (the juice of half a lemon and 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a pinch of thyme and black pepper and half a teaspoon of red pepper paste and a clove l chopped garlic and salt and zest) put the slices of swordfish in the mixture and cover it with cellophane and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    Heat the plate very well it must be very hot then spray olive oil and put the slice of swordfish 2cm thick for 2 minutes and turn it to cook on the other side for 1 minute and remove from heat and cover it and set aside.

    In the same plate put the cherry tomatoes and 2 spoons of olive oil and the butter and a pinch of salt and black pepper and a pinch of thyme and a clove of garlic, crush and cook the cherry tomatoes for 2 minutes on low heat then add juice of half a lemon and 3 tablespoons of water for 30 seconds and remove from heat.

    Serve the slice of grilled swordfish with the cherry tomato sauce and a few lemon slices and the salad of your choice
