For masala dry roast methi seeds,mustard seeds first then add saunf and kalonji for a while then cool and grind to Powder.

Wash chillies and dry completely,half of them cut in pieces and half make paste.

Now add cleaned tamrind and chilli paste and salt and cover keep for 12to 24hours.

Then grind both chilli paste and tamrind take out in a bowl add chopped chillies to it add more salt if needed add masala powder,hing and oil(heat it well then cool)mix well.

Store in glass bottle.
