Cut papaya into juliennes and also cut carrot and tomato in the same fashion.

Make a dressing with the rest of ingredients and add enough honey and lemon juice according to your taste.

After that add chopped garlic and chillies and mix into salad dressing. Garnish with some peanuts.Keep it in the fridge and serve chilled.
