Ingredients

2 people
  1. 150-200 glettuce or green bits
  2. 75-100 gcarrots 🥕
  3. 100 gcherry tomatoes 🍅
  4. 100-150 ggoat cheese 🧀
  5. 50-75 graisins 🍇
  6. 50-75 gwalnuts 🌰
  7. Dashbalsamic vinegar (we use raspberry flavour)
  8. Olive oil 🫒
  9. Salt 🧂

Cooking Instructions

    Wash all the vegetables

  2. 2

    Chop the lettuce or green bits and put it in a large bowl

  3. 3

    Chop the carrot thinly and split the cherry tomatoes in half.
    Thed add it on top of the bowl.

    Add the desired amount of salt and abundant olive oil.

  5. 5

    Crunch the walnuts a little and add it to the bowl with the risins

  6. 6

    Use a fork to grind the cheese on top

  7. 7

    Add the desired amount of balsamic vinegar on top

  8. 8

    Serve and enjoy!
