  1. 500 gWhite flour -
  2. 250 mlMilk -
  3. 20 gBaking powder -
  4. 1 tbspCardamom /rosemary -
  5. 1 pcEgg -
  6. gMargarine -100
  7. 100 gSugar -

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, add sieved flour, sugar, baking powder, Margarine and cardamom /rosemary and rub in all the dry ingredients

    Later add the egg and milk and knead to a soft dough.

  3. 3

    Spread on a clean surface using a rolling pin and cut to desired shape and sizes.

    In another pan heat oil and fry them until lightly golden brown.

  5. 5

    Ready to be served as breakfast or snack.
