Wash and roughly peel Lauki cut into medium sized round shaped pieces

Add above mentioning things except oil mix all these things together with help of little water, Spread some oil on tawa then spread this pieces, cover it for some time then flip it off

Once done flip it off make the flame low and cook in a low flame.
