Mix the warm water and yeast together in a bowl, and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.

Add the flour, brown sugar, and salt. Combine with a wooden spoon until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for about 5 minutes on a lightly floured surface.

Place the dough in a greased bowl for 60-90 minutes to rise.

Divide the dough into 8 pieces and shape them into bagels. Place the bagels onto a baking tray and cover.

Boil water with honey, and boil the bagels 4 at a time.

Cook the bagels for 1 minute on each side.

Brush the bagels with the egg wash, and bake in the preheated oven fir 20-25 minutes at 218 degrees celsius.
