First, knead the dough as usual. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then roll out the dough into slightly larger circles for the wraps.

Heat oil and butter in a skillet. Add the onions and sauté. Then add all the finely chopped vegetables and cook over high heat, stirring constantly.

Add all the spices and sauces, then cook on medium heat. Place the prepared filling onto the cooked wraps, fold them, brush with butter, and cook on a skillet until golden.

Serve hot.
