Steps

Prepare chutney with garlic, chillie powder and salt as per your taste (you can add little water to grind chutney)

Put oil in pan and add chutney, pinch of salt, 1 table spoon chilli powder to the oil and stir it till it turns into light maroon color

Now add coriander and stir for half minute
- 4
Remove pan from stove and add curd (you can add as per your taste like if you want mild than add 350gm or you want spicy add 250gm) and salt as per taste

You can add onion too with coriander and cook for 1 minute (its optional)

Serve with bhakhri, rotlo, rotli or khichdi
