Instant Noodles (homemade pot noodle)

I recently saw Nadiya Hussain's show 'Time to Eat' and was inspired by her instant noodle idea for quick, easy and affordable lunches/meals that could be prepped in advance, quickly and hassle-free. If you are time-poor and busy running around after little ones, doing life admin, work or studying, this recipe is great to get a tasty lunch quick

Steps
- 1
Place Gochujang paste (or any other chilli paste such as sriracha sauce or sweet chilli sauce you like) into your jar.
Break up your dried instant noodles into pieces and place them into the jar. - 2
Add all other ingredients. And store in the fridge until needed. You can prep a whole weeks worth of lunches with different toppings in advance ready in an instant.
- 3
When ready to eat. Top up with boiling hot water (like you would do for a packet or pot of instant noodles), replace the lid and let it sit for 5-8 minutes until noodles have swollen and soften. Give it a good stir and enjoy.
