Melt your chocolate using double boiling method (in a metallic bowl, on boiling water in a sauce pan).

Then add whipped cream...
Give it time to melt..
Then gently mix

Use a teaspoon to make the drips.

Ensure the teaspoon with the melted chocolate is at the edge of the cake.

Then carefully make your drips.
