Ingredients

15 minutes
4 people
  • 3over ripe tomatoes
  • chunk of ginger/garlic
  • Coriander finely chopped
  • Green capsicum finely chopped
  • Salt
  • Cooking oil
  • Green and fresh chillie 🌶️
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 1red onion finely chopped

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    In a nonstick pan..
    Add cooking oil..let it heat
    Add your chopped onions.

    They shouldn't turn golden brown..sauteé them.

  2. 2

    Add your tomatoes,chillies,ginger, garlic and water in a blender

  3. 3

    Then blend them.

  4. 4

    Add your puree in the pan with the onions...
    Gently stir..
    Add salt and and your favourite spices..
    Stir and cover your gravy.

  5. 5

    Give it time to cook..
    Your puree should be thick.

  6. 6

    Add your capsicum and coriander.
    Stir and serve.
