Steps

In a nonstick pan..
Add cooking oil..let it heat
Add your chopped onions.They shouldn't turn golden brown..sauteé them.

Add your tomatoes,chillies,ginger, garlic and water in a blender

Then blend them.

Add your puree in the pan with the onions...
Gently stir..
Add salt and and your favourite spices..
Stir and cover your gravy. - 5
Give it time to cook..
Your puree should be thick. - 6
Add your capsicum and coriander.
Stir and serve.
