  • Veggies
  • 2onions
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1 tbsptomato paste/2 more tomatoes
  • 2.5 (15 oz)chola cans
  • Chola stock/ Veg stock
  • Masalas
  • 1 tspFennel seeds
  • 8-9Elaichi (cardamom) whole
  • 8cloves
  • 2Bay leaves
  • 3red chillies
  • 1kashmiri chilli
  • 1 inchGinger
  • 5-6 clovesgarlic
  • 0.5 tspHaldi
  • 2 tspchilli powder
  • 2.5tap dhania
  • Mustard+oil/mustard oil
  • Ghee

    Take mustard oil and ghee in a pan. Add fennel seeds, cloves, cardamom, red chillies and bayleaf in quantities as shown in pic.

    Add chopped onions. Add Ginger and garlic.

  3. 3

    Add Tomatoes and tomato paste 1 spoon. If you don't have tomato paste add 2 more tomatoes. Let it cook for completely.

    Add haldi, chilli powder, dhania powder and salt.

    Add chola. Add stock. Let it cook.

  6. 6

    Add 0.5 tsp garam masala if you want. But should taste great without too.
