  2. 1 splasholive oil
  3. Spices to taste
  4. Shredded mozzarella (or your favorite cheese)

    Peel and chop the yuca, then microwave covered for 10 minutes or boil until soft.

    In a food processor, blend it with the olive oil and spices.

    With your hands, take portions, flatten them, fill with a small handful of cheese, and close to form a ball.

    Cook for 5 minutes at 400°F in an air fryer or 10 minutes in the oven and enjoy!
