Boiled rice served with minji stew and potatoes

Ingredients

35 minutes
2 servings
  1. rice 1 cup- pishori
  2. 1 cupminji
  3. 4small potatoes
  4. bulb onion
  5. 1tomato
  6. ginger
  7. garlic 2 bulbs
  8. spices cumin seed powder turmeric cinnamon, cardamons
  9. dhania

Cooking Instructions

35 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil your minji for 10 minutes in a pot

  2. 2

    Peel your potatoes and cut into sizeable cubes then wash them.

  3. 3

    Prepare your onion and any other ingredient..
    Fry onion in a pot till brown

    Add ginger and garlic. stir and let the.mixture cook for 3 minutes then add potatoes and tomatoes
    Let it cook.for.5 minutes

    Stir thoroughly to avoid sticking on the pot.
    Add small.amount of water.

    After 10 minutes Add your.spices

  7. 7

    Add your boiled minji.. allow to cook.for 3 minutes
    Add your desired amount of stew

    You can also.add royco cube but its optional..
    You also add one teaspoon full of wheat flour to make your stew thick..

    Add your dhania and sweet off heat..
    let it settle for 5 minutes then serve

  10. 10

    Then boil your rice
