Easy Microwave Jiggly Almond Tofu

I couldn't come by almond powder very easily, so I made this easily with almond extract.
Dairy heavy cream is best than non-dairy.

Put the ingredients marked with ★ in a heat-resistant bowl and microwave it for about 1 minute to dissolve the gelatin and sugar.

Add the milk, heavy cream and almond extract to Step 1 and mix the ingredients together well.

Pour the mixture from Step 2 into whatever container you like and put it in the fridge. (In my case, I put the bowl I make the tofu in in the fridge and serve it up when it's ready to be eaten)

Use a spoon to serve the almond tofu into a bowl and enjoy. This time, I used canned fruit to top the dish. I also used the syrup the fruit came in.

This is the almond extract I used. It looks similar to vanilla extract, so be careful not to mix them up!!
