I wanted to try this ever since I heard a celebrity on a cooking show comment on how they liked it.

  1. 150 grams- 200 grams Thinly sliced pork belly
  2. 1stock White part of a Japanese leek
  3. 2 cloveGarlic
  4. 2Egg yolk
  5. 1use as much (to taste) Hot cooked white rice
  6. 1Vegetable oil
  7. Sweet-n-spicy sauce: Recipe ID: 701600
  8. 2 tbspeach ★Sugar, sake, mirin, soy sauce
  9. 1/4 tsp★Doubanjiang

Steps

    Cut the leek at an angle into thin slices, mince the garlic, and chop the pork belly into easy-to-eat sized pieces.

    In a heated pan with oil, add garlic, pork belly, and leek in that order and stir-fry on high.

    Turn off the heat and add the ★ ingredients. Turn the stove on high and heat until cooked through. Serve over piping hot rice topped with raw egg yolk.
