1Egg
1Cucumber
1Red, yellow or orange bell pepper
1Mayonnaise

Steps

1

Mince the vegetables while hard boiling the egg.
2

When the egg is ready, peel and halve.
3

Remove the yolk and mix with the vegetables, add the mayonnaise.
4

Fill the eggs with the mixture.
5

If I mince too many vegetables, I mix them with mayonnaise and soy sauce to make a topping fish..
