Preheat the oven to 180'C.

Make sure that your cream cheese is room temperature. Add the cream cheese to a bowl. Whisk until smooth.

Add the sugar and whisk. Add the eggs and whisk.

Sift the flour and add to the batter. Grate the lemon zest and add to the dough.

Cut the raspberries in half. Fold in the raspberries into the batter.

Spray and cook a cake tin. Pour the batter into the tin. Bake 35-40minutes.
