Cooking Instructions

First we will clean the daal and rice separately, and soak them separately 7-8 hours.

After 7-8 hours grind them separately now we will mix both and Wiske the batter with hands continuously for 5 minutes. Now we will add salt and soda cover it& keep it for fermentation overnight. After fermentation make idli in idli pot.

Now take a cooker, put arhar daal, chopped potatoes, chopped beans,chopped carrot, chopped bottles guard, turmeric, salt and water and get 2 whistles. Now take a kadhi heat oil in it. When the oil becomes hot put mustard seeds now add some curry leaves, chopped onions, chopped chilies, now fry it till it turns brown, now add ginger - garlic paste and fry it, now add chopped tomatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, sambar masala, salt fry it for 5 minutes.

Now add soak tamarind paste, fry it for 2 minutes now add cooked vegetables and daal, now again cook it for 10 minutes. Now it is ready for surve.
