There's nothing better than delicious homemade bread. With this recipe, I made pork loin sandwiches with sautéed peppers and a pizza with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, vegetables, and goat cheese.

There's nothing better than delicious homemade bread. With this recipe, I made pork loin sandwiches with sautéed peppers and a pizza with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, vegetables, and goat cheese.

Sift the flour into a large bowl and mix in the salt.
In a separate small bowl, dissolve the yeast and honey in the warm water.
Add the water mixture and olive oil to the flour. Mix well. Transfer to a work surface and knead for about 8 minutes. - 2
Grease a large bowl with a little olive oil. Place the dough in the bowl and turn it to coat with oil. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for about 2 hours, or until doubled in size. Rising time may vary depending on room temperature.

Once the dough has risen, punch it down with your fingers to deflate it.
Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape into balls.
Grease a baking sheet with olive oil. - 4
Lightly flour your work surface. Stretch each dough ball into a rectangle about 9 inches by 3 inches (23 cm by 7 cm) and place them on the baking sheet.
Lightly spray the tops with water and press fresh rosemary leaves onto the surface.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 6 hours or overnight. - 5
After 6 hours, uncover and let rise for about 2 hours, or until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C). - 6
Bake for 10 minutes, then turn the loaves and bake for another 5 minutes, until the bread is golden brown.
Remove the bread from the pan with a long spatula and place on a wire rack to cool. - 7
