The Japanese-style tuna + avocado poke I always make felt like it was lacking in substance, so I tried it in a Korean style. I borrowed the yukke sauce from other users' recipes.

Ingredients

  1. 1cut Fresh sashimi grade tuna
  2. 1Avocado
  3. 1 tbsp●Soy sauce
  4. 1 tbsp●Sesame oil
  5. 1 tsp●Oyster sauce
  6. 1/2 tsp●Doubanjiang
  7. 1/2 tsp●Sugar
  8. 1/2 tsp●Grated garlic
  9. 1Green onions or scallions

Cooking Instructions

    Combine the ● ingredients in a bowl.

    Remove the peel and the seed from the avocado, and cut into 2 cm cubes. Also cut the tuna into 2 cm cubes.

    Add the avocado and the tuna to the flavoring ingredients and mix together. Store in the refrigerator to let the flavors meld.

    Transfer to a serving plate, top with green onions... and it's complete.
