Tuna was on offer at the supermarket, so I combined it with delicious avocado to make a snack that goes really well with Japanese sake.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1Avocado
  2. 180 gramsFresh sashimi grade tuna
  3. 1/2Onion
  4. 2 1/2 tbspSoy sauce
  5. 2 tspWasabi
  6. 1 tbspLemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the onion and soak it in water.

  2. 2

    Cut the tuna and avocado into bite-sized pieces. Pour the lemon juice over the avocado.

  3. 3

    Mix the wasabi and soy sauce, and soak the tuna in it for around 10 minutes.

    Add the sliced onions and tuna to the avocado and mix everything together.
