Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 blockMaguro (lean tuna, sashimi quality)
  2. 2Avocado
  3. 1White sesame seeds
  4. 20 mlSoy sauce
  5. 2 tbspSesame oil
  6. 1Wasabi
  7. 1 tbspLemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the tuna into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Add the soy sauce, wasabi, and sesame oil to the cut tuna and mix. Season the tuna and it's done.

  3. 3

    Cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces. First, cut in half lengthwise, then peel with your hands.

  4. 4

    Add the cut avocado to the marinade in Step 2, mix, and finally top with lemon juice and sesame seeds to finish.
