Steps

Heat a kadhai add 2tsp mustard oil,1 bay leaf,grated ginger,chopped green chilli,cumin seeds,fennel seeds saute it well

Add chopped tomatoes,salt as per taste and cook for a while then add powdered masalas....

Close the lid and cook for a while....add curd and dried kasuri methi.....

Add boiled potatoes and water.....close the lid and cook for a while....its ready

For puri- Take a paraat add wheatflour,1tsp oil and suji...knead the dough with water
- 6
Let rest the dough for 20min...
after that roll the puris with rolling pin - 7
Defry them......enjoy hot puris with sabzi
