  • 4 tbscorn starch
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/2 tspvanilla essence
  • 2 cupsmilk
  • 1/2 cupcream
  • Chocolate chips and crispy cigarette for decoration

Steps

    Mix all the dry ingredients well

    Then add in milk gradually and mix well to avoid lumps

    Then add in cream and vanilla essence mix again

    Then cook on low flame until thick and creamy...
