Ingredients

  • 2large carrots diced
  • 4potatoes diced
  • 1 cuppeas
  • 1/2 litrebroth/water
  • 1large onion chopped
  • 3med tomatoes
  • Oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chilli
  • Dhania
  • 1 cuprice
  • Garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the onions till brown then add the tomatoes, tomato paste chilli and spices of your choice.

  2. 2

    Add the peas, carrots and potatoes and fry for like 5 mins.

  3. 3

    Add clean rice and stir well for like 2 min.

  4. 4

    Add the broth and cover till broth drys.
    Add chopped dhania and serve.
