  2. 4 tbscorn starch
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 1/2 tspvanilla essence
  5. 2 cupsmilk
  6. 1/2 cupcream
  7. Chocolate chips and crispy cigarette for decoration

    Mix all the dry ingredients well

    Then add in milk gradually and mix well to avoid lumps
