Ingredients

10-15 mins
10-15 servings
  • 1/2 cupshortening
  • 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  • 1/2 cupwhite sugar
  • 2eggs
  • 1 cupflour
  • 1/2 tbspnsalt
  • 3/4 tbspnsoda
  • 1 tbspnvanilla Extract
  • Cinnamon and sugar pounded mixture

Steps

10-15 mins
  1. 1

    Cream shortening,sugar into a creamy paste

  2. 2

    Add Egg,sifted flour salt baking soda and Vanilla extract.Mix the dough completely

  3. 3

    Form into small balls and dust them with Cinnamon powder

  4. 4

    On a basted baking sheet arrange them there, and bake @ 175°C for 10-15 min
