Ingredients

  1. 5boiled potatoes
  2. 2 tspcumin seeds (jeera)
  3. 1 pinchhing
  4. 1 tspgrated ginger
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1 tspsalt or to taste
  7. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  9. 1/2 tspsabzi masala
  10. 2 tspdry fenugreek leaves
  11. 1/2 tspamchur powder
  12. 2 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Collect the ingredients.

    Peel the boil potatoes and cut in pieces. Heat oil in a pan. Turn the flame low, add hing, cumin seeds, ginger, mix well.

    Add potatoes, all the above spices, mix well. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on medium high flame.

    Mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes on medium high flame. Turn off the flame. Ready to serve.
