Ingredients

  1. 4boiled potatoes
  2. 3tomatoes
  3. 2green chillies
  4. 1 spooncrushed Ginger
  5. 1 spoonsalt
  6. 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  7. 1/2 spoondry methi leaves
  8. 1/2 spoonjeera/cumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Boiled 4 -5 potatoes and let it cool. Cut into small pieces.

    Crushed tomatoes and ginger.

  3. 3

    Add oil in pressure cooker and let it heat. Add jeera at first and then ginger, tomatoes, green chillies and all spices. Saute it till oil separates from tomato masala.

    Add water for boiling and then add potatoes. Mix it and serve it with Puri or chapati.
