Ingredients

  • 1 cupCarrot tops
  • 1 cupmethi leaves or spinach (optional)
  • as per tasteSalt
  • Pinchhing
  • 4-5garlic cloves
  • 2green chillies
  • 2 tablespoonpeanuts roasted and crushed
  • 1 teaspoonoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean and wash the carrot tops or leaves.
    Chop them a lightly along with Methi leaves

    Heat oil in a pan.
    Add garlic cloves and green chillies and hing. Saute everything and add the chopped greens.
    Add crushed peanuts and mix well.
    Cook for 5-7 minutes and enjoy with rotis or rice.
