Heat oil into the pan add mustured seeds, let's them splutters, now add curry leaves, ginger, garlic, green chili, saute for few min. Than add mashed boiled potatoes, mix and fry for 3-4 min.

Add coriander leaves, mix well,switch off the flame keep it to cool. Now make a thick batter of gram flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, asafoetida, baking soda, Salt with required water.

Now take a small portions of potato mixture and dip into batter, full heat refined oil into medium flame.

Fry the badas into oil to both side till it's cooked or golden brown. Take it out from the oil on tissue paper to absorb extra oil,cut the paw from the middle.

Spread green chutney, tamarind chutney than garlic chutney keep badas into middle of bunns.

Now it's ready serve it hot with fried chili as a snacks or breakfast.
