In a large bowl, take powdered sugar, banana, yogurt, cumin seeds.. mash and mix everything together with hands...

Add maida, ghee, baking powder, salt, mix well form soft dough

Drizzle some oil on top spread it, cover the dough with wet cloth,keep aside, let it rest for 3 hrs..

Heat oil in kadai, divide dough in to equal portions, roll out each portion in to a small disc (use dry flour to dust)

Slide the disc in to the oil, after a while press gently, till the discs turn golden brown and puffed up..

Take out on a kitchen towel to avoid excess oil..serve with red coconut chutney or as it is..
