Steps

In a pot marinate mince with salt, chilli, onion puree, papaya paste, besan and ginger garlic paste

Marinate it for overnight

Dry roast all the masala and grind well. Set aside
- 4
In a pot heat ghee and fry onions then add marinated mince
- 5
When water is half dried add grinded masala
- 6
Garnish with coriander mint lemon juice. Serve in haandi
