Ingredients

10 minutes

3 servings

2 tbspsugar
1/4 tsp baking soda
as required Lollipop sticks or toothpicks
as neededOil for greasing

Take sugar in a heavy bottom pan and melts on low flame.

Keep mixing sugar and let it melt completely. Once it's melted switch off the flame add baking soda and mix well.

The baking soda will make the mixture expand and turns golden.

Grease plate with oil adds pour the mixture immediately into small rounds. Make this step fast.

Now place the cookie cutter over the candy so it gets a cut design.

Now cool it completely and enjoy.
