Ingredients

  • 1 kgflour
  • 1 tbspbaking powder
  • 1egg
  • 500 gbutter
  • 250 gsugar
  • 125 gMilk to taste (optional)
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1/3 cupwater
  • 1 tspflavour of choice

Steps

50 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all the dry ingredient together

  2. 2

    Add liquid ingredient and mix

  3. 3

    Cover and rest room temperature

  4. 4

    Cut into desired shapes

  5. 5

    Fry in deep oil till golden brown
