  • 250 gground beef
  • 1/2 cupfresh chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cupfresh chopped coriander
  • 1medium red onion, chopped
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 cupbreadcrumbs
  • Salt to taste

Steps

    In a bowl, mix all ingredients until fully incorporated
