I don’t know how else i can eat swede or turnip so I always turn them into oven baked chips

I don’t know how else i can eat swede or turnip so I always turn them into oven baked chips
Steps

Preheat the oven to 200C. Peel the swede then rinse and chop it into chunky pieces

Mix the olive oil with the sea salt, pepper, cumin and mustard seeds (I used maldon smoked sea salt)

Toss the chips in the oil mixture until each piece is well coated. Move to a baking tray and roast for around 30 minutes (don’t pour the rest of the oil into the tray like I did ❌).

Poke with a fork to know if they’re fully cooked. If they don’t get brown you can put them under the grill for a few minutes. Serve with your favourite dip.
