Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1dry egg noodle (about 35 grams)
  2. 250 mlwater
  3. 4champignon mushrooms, sliced
  4. 1red chili, sliced
  5. 1 tspchicken powder
  6. 1/2 tspcurry powder
  7. 1/2 tspfish sauce
  8. 1 tsplime or lemon juice
  9. Dried veggies (optional, I used one sachet from an instant ramen)

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients in a pan, except dried veggies, if using.

  2. 2

    Boil until the noodle is cooked. Stir occasionally.

  3. 3

    Top with dried veggies. Stir before eating. You can use dried shallots, too!
