Set oven at 325°

Blend the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, milk, eggs and vanilla extract. Blend cream cheese and corn starch after. Fat free ingredients will have different results

Put sugar in a pan, stir constantly and let melt. Do not let boil

Pour melted sugar in baking dish or single baking cups

Once sugar has cooled, pour blended ingredients into dish

Place dish in water bath

Place in oven for hour and a half or until top is golden brown
- 8
Let cool in fridge

Run thin plastic knife around flan to release from dish. Flip onto plate or platter
