Pressure cook pinto beans for 20-25 minutes.
Mash in a pot afterwards. A good potato masher works well. - 2
Pressure cook red kidney beans for 20-25 minutes.

Add all spices into a crock pot with a little canola oil. Fry at a high heat whilst stirring for about 2 minutes or you start coughing to death, whichever comes first.
Turn heat down to medium. - 4
Add mince to spices and stir until brown.

Add in mashed pinto mix. Stir into the mix

Add in the steamed red kidney beans and mix.
Add salt, mix through and taste. Keep adding salt until it tastes to your preference. - 7
Layer corn chips onto an over tray and grate a light layer of cheese.
Oven roast at medium until cheese melts - 8
Add a layer of nacho mix on top of corn chips.
Grate another light layer of cheese on top. Back in the oven until cheese is melted - 9
Eat. Optionally with guacamole. Or with diced avocado and cherry tomatoes on top. Or sour cream, if you're a monster
