Mix sugar in milk properly then add the egg milk should be warm.

In a pan add 3 spoon sugar, turn on the heat. Make the caramel

Pour the caramel in two small bowls.

Pour the egg milk mixture in the bowls

Cover them with aluminum foil

Boil some water in a wide pan.

Keep the bowls in the pan, water should be half of the bowls.

Cover it. Steam it for about 20 minutes

Insert a knife if it comes out clean then it's done.

Take out from the pan

Keep them in refrigerator for 1 hour. After 1 hour take it in plate
