150 gramsSmoked salmon
1Salad Onions
1 tspCapers
1/2Lemon
1 tbspWhite wine vinegar
4 tbspOlive oil
1 dashChervil (optional)

Steps

Thinly slice the onions and cut the smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces.

Combine the lemon juice, white wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix in the onions and salmon. Chill in the refrigerator.

Garnish with capers and chervil.
