Ingredients

  1. Tempura batter:
  2. 250 gcake flour
  3. 500 mlcold water
  4. 1 egg yolk
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. Use your favorite ingredients this is what I use…
  7. Prawns
  8. Sweet potato, cut approx 3-4 mm thick
  9. Carrot, cut
  10. Asparagus
  11. Green bean
  12. Brinjals, sliced
  13. Olive oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat egg yolk with cold water. Put into the mix bowl with cake flour and salt, stir it.

    Peeled the prawns, leaving the tails on it, cut back to remove the black vein. And cut the other side and straight it. Make it dry. Then put the ingredients on the dry cake flour.

    Preheat the wok, add olive oil test it with some batter when it done put the prawns into the batter, and fry it till turn to light yellow scoop them down and set aside. Do the other ingredients until finish.

    Serve with cream salad seafood or tempura sauce.
