  1. 1 lbLeft over lamb
  2. Pintcold water
  3. 1 cubeVeg stock
  4. TspChilli powder
  5. TspCurry powder
  6. Pinchsalt
  7. 1Sliced onion
  8. 1/2Sliced yellow pepper
  9. Large Sliced tomato
  10. 2small finely chopped potatoes
  11. Sprinkle of couscous
  12. Tips; don’t over stir, this will break up the lamb

  1. 1

    “Chuck all dry ingredients into a warmed frying pan except couscous

    Stir in the cold water and bring to boil while stirring

    Cover and simmer for 45 minutes
    Check potatoes are cooked to your liking then add your couscous
    Serve and enjoy
