Ham, Olive, Anchovy, and Tomato 'Eye' Canapés

Lightly toast the bread slices and cut them into an eye shape (save the scraps to make breadcrumbs; see my linked recipe on cookpad.com)

Spread butter on the 'eyes' and arrange them on a platter. Cut each slice of ham in half lengthwise.

Roll up each half slice of ham and place it on the buttered bread. Cut the olives in half and set them in the center of the ham, cut side up.

Grind black pepper over the canapés. Wash the tomato, cut it into 10 pieces, and place them on top of the olives.

They're ready to serve! Enjoy your Halloween appetizer!
